This website and the forum are here for people to discuss Poppy Mountain Bluegrass Festival, not spread roumors, bitch and moan, complain, or otherwise hold discussions that are negative in content.Poppy Mountain is a business, and this website is here to promote the business. I'd appreciate people not bashing the festival, or it's owners, operators, or staff.
I am not an employee of the festival or Marty Stevens, just someone that really enjoys my time at Poppy Mountain so this is not coming from the owners or operators. I have control over this website not Marty, and I'm here to tell you, I'm tired of the garbage!
Poppy Mountain is an awesome experience. An experience not a festival. Anytime you place that many people in one place at any given time there's sure to be issues. Get over it. Have fun. Young and old alike!
To those that have never been to Poppy Mountain, come, enjoy! I can tell you there are thousands of bluegrass music fans that come back year after year. And the reason is that it's an ejoyable event with great bands and fans. I've met many great people on the mountain that I will forever be friends with and have Poppy Mountain to thank for it!
