- I've never been to Poppy, this year will be my first and if I wasn't an open minded person this forum may really sway my decision in going. I don't think the forum is necessarily a good idea to promote the festival. Seems there are a few unhappy people that will do what they can to bash the people and festival. I think if you don't like the festival, then you shouldn't come to the website.

- i am not bashing the festival.(couldnt ask for a better place to have a festival) just bashing the management.. there the ones that are lacking.. i do hope you have a wonderful time..

- Steve this is for you and you only! You have said alot of things but its time to keep your thoughts to yourself or stay off the forum or say something nice! We are trying our best with Poppy Mountain I don't see any problems with it myself. If this keeps up the forum will be taken off and why do that to these other people that have said nothing wrong?
- Jill, I am from Ohio and I can honestly say that POPPY MOUNTAIN is by far the greatest bluegrass festival in the Unites States hands down. The first time I ever walked around Poppy I was just floored by the whole thing. The excitement is so addictive from the time you drive onto the grounds until you hear the first band play. I look at the line-up and see non stop bluegrass all week and it really is just so overwhelming. I would give anything to have a bluegrass festival in my home state that is as huge as Poppy Mountain. I think you have to take all these unhappy folks opinions with a grain of salt. This forum is really not even 1% of the entire Poppy population during that awesome week in September. I know you will have one heck of a time at Poppy Mountain!
